Anyone that lives, works or worships in one of the following counties:
How much does it cost to become a member of UCFCU?
You must open and maintain a minimum balance of $25.00 in a share savings account to be a member of UCFCU. There is a monthly membership fee of $5.00 if you do not have at least one of the services below:
- Direct Deposit
- Payroll Deduction
- Loan with UCFCU
- Maintain a $1000.00 minimum aggregate balance every day of the month
- Enrolled in online statements
What documents do I need to bring to open my account at UCFCU?
- Unexpired Driver’s license or state issued ID Card
- Proof of Address
- Social Security Card
- Additional Identification such as, gun permit, insurance card, Medicare card, etc.
Can I join UCFCU by mail?
At this time we do not offer account opening by mail.
Can any of my family members join UCFCU?
Yes, as long as they live, work or worship in one of the following counties:
Who owns UCFCU?
The members own UCFCU, with each member having one vote.
How can I have a voice in the UCFCU?
Each member has one vote, and by state law, UCFCU is required to have a membership meeting once a year. At the membership meeting, the membership elects the directors to run UCFCU.
How can I protect my personal identity?
No one from Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union or any of its associations will ever solicit by phone or email any of your personal identity or account information. If you receive such a phone call or email, please hang up or delete the email and notify us. Giving out such information could lead to identity theft and losses.
